I am very grateful because, despite the misunderstanding, they performed the session for me! As always, super friendly, making you feel super comfortable and calm. My experience with the doctors is good, but the staff is disastrous. You ask about a treatment, they don't know exactly what it is about, they don't confirm your appointments, you want to change an appointment and they don't answer the phone. You see that they are online on WhatsApp and they don't respond to you. They harass you, literally, to make you pay no matter what on the same day you are going to ask about a specific treatment. You ask to speak to the director and she never calls you back. I had been here for years and even though I was a customer, they used the tactic of “we have an offer” and it was always the same... a disaster, anyway... There is very little professionalism in the staff.
